The Tangler
A vinyl inflatable covered in leather netting, with hundreds of rolled leather tubes perched on top. The sculpture functions as a big, bloated symbol of the physical world. The object itself is designed like an oversized bop bag, allowing the viewer to push the object then have it pop back up to meet them again.

Tussle with the Tangler
In this video my body is pitted against the body of The Tangler sculpture. I flail myself though the air and land on top of the Tangler only to get thrown off by the bulbous form. Unscathed by its power, I right myself again, dancing to the steady beat of the Beastie Boys. The nonsensical action continues as the video loops.
